Montana Business Archives uses a mobile shred truck service in order to meet on-site shredding needs. The mobile shredding services we offer can be grouped into three main areas:

1. Clients who require a  regularly scheduled shredding service 

2. Clients who prefer to be on an on-call basis for shredding service

3. Clients who need a purge of materials all at once​

1. Clients who require a regular shredding service are simple to arrange as we may place them on a set schedule (Weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc.).​

2. Clients that prefer to be on-call need only call Montana Business Archives a couple days prior to when the client would like a bin pick up or a box pickup. Then we may arrange a date to shred their current bin and replace it with a new, clean one or take their boxes for shredding.

3. Clients that need a purging of materials have to call and arrange a set day for our mobile shredding truck to come to their location. (406.727.6057)
